“Bubba Joe” Smoothie

The “Bubba Joe” is another of my brother Kevin’s vitamix master pieces. The name comes after his nickname as a child down at the docks on the river where we grew up. Bubba Joe is full of healthy foods that Kevin (AKA Bubba Joe) loves to eat…. Try it out, you might like it too!

1/2 cucumber
1 cup Spinach
3 Strawberries
