Symptom Survey – Level 1 Results

Level 1:

0-80 Level 1 → It looks like you have just a few symptoms of a food sensitivity. I believe that you may be able to be your own guru on this and figure it out! There are a few ways you can do this.

Just a little note, please do not use this as a way to judge yourself, please use this as a tool to see into your eating habits and how you are feeling. This is going to help you really pay attention to how your body feels after you eat a meal, this will shed light on all of the different ways you might be feeling after eating certain foods.

To take it a little bit deeper, another tool that I would love for you to use would be my do it yourself course, The Food Anthropologist Journal ECourse filled with actions steps, audio to guide you to get you going. You may not need my one on one help at this point yet, this ecourse will certainly help you shed some light on what is going on and what foods could possibly be making you feel so blah!

If that’s you, you’ve already tried tracking your food and you’ve already thrown your hands in the air. Sometimes it can be hard, especially if these feelings and discomfort that you are having have been hanging out for a while. Sometimes it’s even natural chemicals that are causing an upset. I’ve seen this many times with my private clients.

They just come in because of one or two things that they are feeling and come to find out there are a number of things that they just decided that it was their normal. You don’t have to live like that, you do NOT have to live with a slim list of what you can and can’t have, you CAN have your favorite foods, your body might just need a rest. Not a cleanse, a reset.

I will say this, if its discomfort in your body, it is not normal and you don’t have to live with it. Sometimes its not the food itself but in fact the other components, like the naturally occurring chemicals. Like Solanine (nightshade foods), MSG, Tyramine, etc.
