SO I decided to bust out my juicer again…
Yesterday afternoon I bought a bunch of kale (as I usually do) and decided to bust out my juicer. I have a Breville juicer, which is amazing, I used it like crazy up until a few months ago, really for no particular reason I just didn’t use it much- until yesterday! I forgot how awesome my juicer is and the many benefits you can get out of food just from juicing, not to say that you need to just juice all of your produce, but every now and then to get that extra bunch of vitamins and minerals when you are on the go- it is perfect. So I started pulling everything out of the refrigerator that would possibly be delicious with all this kale I was about to juice.
Here is what happened…
1 bunch of kale 2 apples and 1 orange, some roughage from the kale I added back into the juice as well. I think to do that because Kale is such a good source of fiber I did not want to miss out on that benefit either!
I was a little nervous of how it would taste….BUT it the words of my Dad,
” it will make you wanna slap your mama”
In other words… it was De.li.ci.ous and Nutritious!

I drank the darn whole thing… I think I am going to try to juice and post what I come up with as much as I can… so stay tuned of what I come up with next!
