Finally Fall, my favorite season!

So fall is my favorite season of the year, not only does it feel so nice outside… its PUMPKIN season! I love anything pumpkin. I wanted to share this awesome recipe that I stumbled upon by Knead to Cook  that is so delicious and good for you!

Pumpkin Pie Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:

2 cups   Roasted almonds

3 tsp     Ground cinnamon

2.5 tsp  Pumpkin spice seasoning

4 tbsp   Organic agave or honey

1 tsp     Vanilla extract

 pinch   Sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. 1.    Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. 2.    Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. 3.    Place almonds in a bowl; add cinnamon, spice, agave or honey and vanilla.
  4. 4.    Toss together to coat almonds with spices.
  5. 5.    Spread almonds onto cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt
  6. 6.    Bake 15-20 minutes.
  7. 7.    Let cool and serve.
