The list goes on…. what do all of these terms mean? They do not mean exactly what they say that is one thing that is for sure! The different marketing labels on all different types of food can really be misleading and can in turn do more damage to your body than you think!

I make sure I educate my clients on food labels and the different marketing labels that the food industry uses. Just because it says ” all natural” or ” no sugar added” does not mean it is good for you, it means they have found another chemical that can be added into the list of ingredients that does not have to be listed, therefore they can label these foods as such.
