[LRP] Week 6: Gut Health 101: Fat. Protein. Carbohydrates
This week I will be going over the basics of nutrition and gut health, what are the components nutritionally for a healthy gut and healthy immune system as well as giving you some samples of foods. From this, you should have the knowledge you need to start noticing what is going to work best for your body. We already did a little bit of this, so just a little more information and practice. Gut health plays the biggest role in chronic disease; it’s the pathway from the outside world to your intimate inside health and vitality. So, really, you are what you eat.
