The time has come for a new, holistic approach to taking care of you, the lovely soul that you are! There’s no time like the present to take critical steps and take charge of your health.
Let’s face it, between the change of healthcare services offered here in the U.S. to the spiked prices of medications, taking care of you and your health has never been so important. Most of the ailments and health concerns/ issues that you are feeling may be temporarily fixed with a medication, but rest assured that you will end up having more issues due to the side effects of that medication a few months down the road. Then guess what…. you are back where you started, if not worse!
I know this personally because I struggled for YEARS trying to figure out how to make myself feel better. I thought, there HAS to be something “medically” wrong with me, there is no way that I can feel this bad and the doctors find nothing “medically” wrong. Well guess what….my symptoms were a direct result of inflammation in my body that stemmed from undetected food sensitivities.
After spending numerous hours researching, going back to school and learning how foods can affect every part of your body, I was hooked. I decided to test it out on myself, because that’s what I do, I like little experiments. I will tell you, I knew I felt bad, but I had NO IDEA how bad I felt until I took the MRT test and went through the LEAP program.
The results were unimaginable! There was a huge shift in my ENTIRE life when I was able to actually address the problem, because I knew what it was! Incredible! Imagine that, after taking the MRT test, I was able to determine which foods I was sensitive to, and therefore avoid those foods, causing much relief to my entire body! The inflammation began to decrease and low and behold, I began feeling better!
I cannot express fully in words the transition that emerged in my life when I began the LEAP program. I have more energy, better mood, less bloating and much more! I feel like I’m human again.
If you have experienced any of the following, food sensitivities may be running your overall health and inflammation status, leading to some pretty miserable mental and physical health-related conditions that can all be made better via diet modification. If you are anything like me, you have tried various doctors and medications without finding a lasting cure for your chronic condition that continues to worsen. Inflammation is the root of much chronic disease that is FOR SURE.
You may be wondering how to fix this issue…I am about to let you in on the details…
The first thing a food sensitivity victim needs to do is identify their trigger foods and food-chemicals. LEAP is a program that uses a patented blood test called MRT (Mediator Release Test), which accounts for all seven types of food sensitivity reactions and supportive continuous dietary support.
This means LEAP-MRT will give you faster and more complete relief than other methods. In fact, independent studies confirm MRT is the most accurate and most comprehensive blood test there is for food and food-chemical reactions.
There are a number of reasons why someone can develop food sensitivities. This can happen at ANY point in your lifetime, sometimes multiple times. The body’s reactions to certain foods are specific to the biological makeup of the individual, therefore there is no way to really predict when inflammation may occur.
First, let’s talk about what food sensitivity is. Food and food chemical sensitivities are highly complex non-allergic (non-IgE), non-celiac inflammatory reactions to certain groups of foods or food chemicals. They can be either natural chemicals or artificial chemicals added to foods during food processing.
These foods follow multiple inflammatory pathways and may be governed by either innate or adaptive immune mechanisms (the two types of immune responses). They’re one of the most important sources of inflammation and symptoms across a wide range of chronic inflammatory conditions.
Unfortunately, these are also one of the most clinically challenging. They are challenging because the reactions from the food(s) and/or food chemicals do not happen right away. Many of them present a delayed response up to five days AFTER you have eaten this food.
Sometimes they are what I call dose-related. If you overdose on a certain food and eat it every day for five days, you may have a reaction. However, if you eat a certain food for only 2-3 days and give your body a break in between, you may not see a reaction.
Food sensitivity reactions may be delayed by hours or even days after ingestion. Even if you suspect food sensitivities, it’s not likely you would consider that the headache you have right now was caused by something you ate yesterday.
Imagine how freeing it would be to know exactly what foods bothered you. Imagine that you can control how GOOD you feel every day! Imagine waking up and having energy and enthusiasm to make the best of your day! Well, all of that is TOTALLY possible.
Below is a diagram of how foods can cause inflammation in the body and lead to numerous issues that can make life miserable and seemingly impossible. Who knows? Some people might think you are crazy, but I am here to tell you that you are not! This IS a valid issue that MANY, MANY people are dealing with today.
